As soon as I load the game or anytime afterwards when I try to access multiplayer, I receive the message:
Network Connection Issue
Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time. in order to access the online features of this title, please verify that your network connection is working and you are signed in to your xbox live account, or the EA servers may be down. Please try again later.
I have never been able to access multiplayer for this title, except for the odd day where I miraculously got into multiplayer, but lagged severely.
My nat type is open I also have excellent internet speeds.

I should add that I have played other games online and never experience any issues whatsoever.

Please ensure the following:
- You are signed in to your active XBL Gold account
- Your gaming(XBL) and EA accounts are linked: https://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/
- The relevant ports at the following link are open on your router
- You are not using the internet connection of a mobile device (piggybacking)
- You are not on a restricted network - corporate/military/college/University
Please post any further relevant details if those steps do not help you connect.

I have downloaded Origin, and made an account using the same email as my Xbox gamer tag.
They are not linked.
When I tried to link it myself, I got a notification saying my Xbox is linked to a different Origin, I have never had different Origin.
How can I fix?
