4 years agoIt's not a known issue that I'm aware of. When it comes to not getting pre-order content, that's not something we can help with. Which is why you're being referred to Microsoft/Sony for assistance.

@EA_Aljo I understand that, but regardless of whether it is a known issue, it is still an issue that plenty of us are experiencing. Based on others’ conversations with Microsoft/Sony, they can’t grant that content even if the license for the content is already tied to our accounts, which is why they are directing us to EA.
It’s not an issue with owning the license for the content; it’s an issue with the game granting us the content based on the license we own. That responsibility doesn’t fall on Microsoft or Sony.

EA is willfully denying us our paid content and i know for a fact a lot of people experience this same issue. They are turning a blind eye hoping we go away.
Another alltime low for EA here.
