Never received my xfactor pack
I never received my 2 XFactor player cards for my preorder on XBox X/S version. I don't know where to go or how to contact someone so I can get this resolved. Any help would be great thank you!

Community ManagerThere's no change in protocol. We can't investigate accounts through Answers HQ. That's why I suggested contacting an advisor. If we have any news on an investigation into this, we'll make an announcement.
Edit: **Update** Please send me a DM with your gamertag/PSN ID and which console you're playing on. We're going to look into this further.
I also didn't receive my HUT Diamond Player Choice pack from my XBox One Standard Edition pre-order. My Microsoft Order history says "You own this game" for "NHL 22 Standard Edition Pre-Order Content". I tried contacting Microsoft but didn't get anywhere. I'll send a DM to EA_Aljo.
