Hi, I'm here today because I'm not able to start NHL25 on my PS5 because of the EA Play trial. I'm console sharing my games with my cousin and he got NHL25 premium edition and when I start the game, I still see the timer of the EA Play Trial that said 00:00. Besides the game, I see the ea trial logo with a lock. I tried to delete the game and reinstall it two times, I cancelled my membership with EA Play, but it's still valid until October 25th. I don't know if it's the membership the problem, But it's like I have the trial version of NHL 25 but not the full version that my cousin has on my PS5. When I download it, I get automatically the trial version on my PS5. On PS5, you are able to share your games with your friends. Last year, he got NHL 24 PS5 version and I was able to play with my account and he was able to play with his account. I just have to download the game on my PS5 because we enable the game sharing. But, this year, he got the NHL 25 premium edition, so he got the early access. So to play with him, I got the EA Play Trial for one month. But, yesterday, the game got officially released so I was ready to play with the full version, but when I open it, I still see the timer of the EA Play Trial that say 00:00.
