I had this problem in NHL 13 as well. If I'm playing an online versus match and it goes to a shootout, the camera angle for the goalie is way high, like behind the glass. Makes it that much more diff...

Maybe you only changed the offline setting? There's another setting you need to change, it's called global or online or something, for the various camera angles.
