NHL 14 EASHL Player Attribute Bonuses do not effect player.

I have unlocked and purchased +7 and +5 bonuses. One of which is wrist shot power. If I am a sniper class and the wrist shot power cap is 95.

If I do not use bonus, and fill the points all the way to 95, my puck shoots around 75mph. 

If I use bonus +7, I fill to 88 and + 7 adds to 95. My puck shoots at high 60s. This makes no sense. 

Wrist shot was the only stat I could test for, but my hitting is at 83, my aggressiveness is maxe and so is my strength and I can never knock someone over. Im 6'2 220 pounds. 

My bonus attributes do not actually effect my player!
