The NHL Dev team has rolled out a potential fix for the HUT Auction House issues at 1:00AM PST / 9:00AM GMT on 12/12/13. They will continue to monitor the situation closely and hope that this resolves issues for all users.
Players who have been affected over the last 48 hours are still advised to follow the previous posts regarding contacting advisors at Help.EA.com to recover HUT items lost through bids, as these will unfortunately not be replaced by this fix alone. It should, however, prevent it from happening in the future. Items disappeared from the trade pile should be restored, if not please try restarting your console. It may take up to 24 hours for these items to be visible in the trade pile again.

3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter "NHL 14" and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select "Missing Items" as the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" for contact methods to get in touch with our advisors.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country and the time of your request.

hello i was going to send a trade on a player and i was going to trade my hut live jammie benn and then i lost him and it didnt say i sent a trade to the player i was trading for can u help me get my hut live benn ack as soon as posible never mind
