Nhl 14 hut app

I downloaded the nhl 14 hockey ultimate team app and when I go to sign in it brings me to my old xbox account that I don't have anymore and I want to link it to my ps3 account. Do I need to make a new account for origins or what should I do so I can look at my ps3 profile?
