Follow these steps to get a game advisor:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
2. Where it says, What Can We Help you With, type in the game name
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Account" from the drop-down list
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
The Window Will Open...
Depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you'll see a choice of contact options - Phone, Live Chat or Email.

Did this ever get resolved! Sucks spending pucks to get players you would never use only to not get the reward!

I just sent an E-mail to NHL support group.. Will take about 14days till they come back with anything... this sucks bad

Here was the response I received
Thank you for contacting EA Customer Support. I understand you did a completion challenge and didn't receive your pucks. You will get the pucks in time just continue playing and the game will update on it's own.

It has been 7 days since I completed my last team with no reward.....

I started my account yesterday, won a tournament and blasted through a division already in hut seasons. No challenges as far as the game play and IA being stupid with no hockey sense. Anyways, I have collected the red & blue 5 card teams, if you will. Scrolled thru each card, gone in and out numerous times. restarted and tried but, no luck. Still no bonus!?.
I collected national league " Fribourg " still nothing. Tried this collections because I figured the red and blue may be having an issue. So 3 collections and I can't get paid. It's 11/11/13 nothings happened?. Anyone with a clue please respond to why the collection bonuses aren't being credited to user accounts?. My console is PS3....hopefully this is resolved soon.
How many games have you played?

i got the bonus after i went into my collection to the team ive completed then as soon as you back out it should unlock the bonus.

This. Collections don't work for brand new teams due to puck farming. On psn you used to be able to just make as many accounts as you wanted and trade the teams around to multiply the bonuses. This doesn't work anymore. You will need to play a bunch of games before collection bonuses start working.

How many games have to be played?
