NHL 14 staged fights help

Hi everybody,

I need some advice on how to instigate a planned fight after the face off. It´s been bothering me for a while ...  Everytime I use enforcer to fight another one, but nothing happens :/ I asked the guy who makes those videos below and he responded this :

It's all about sliders. You have to match the two fighters up. So one LW and the other RW and then you change the fight sliders on the CPU to 3/4 or higher.

I did exactly the same thing, nothing happened ... But something confused me a little bit, he said  then you change the fight sliders on the CPU to 3/4 or higher. But I just only have 3 fight slider options 0/2 , 1/2 or 2/2 ... So where in the hell he got 3/4 or higher, or was he talking about some different slider ? I did ask him again, but he didn´t responded ... So I´m asking to you guys. Could it be just because he´s using PS3 and I use Xbox ? Is there something different ?

It really pisses me of, I´m a huge hockey fights fan, I´d love to have a chance to fight in staged fight like he does ...

or even this type of situation isn´t working for me ... I can get a planned fight just after the game is stopped e.g when goalie catches the puck etc.
