NHL 15 can't open collection bonus pack

I completed 2 collections in NHL 15 and it will not allow me to open them in "My Packs" 

my team name is Nashty Pucker and it would be a huge help if i could collect my packs or have this bug fixed

Also as a side not I find it very annoying that when searching in the trade section for logo's and jersey's there is no section called "national" if you want to find and national teams logo or jersey then you have to click any and just scroll through the thousands of random jerseys and logos you don't care about.

One more thing, sometimes when I buy a player or item and I select send all to my collection, the game will freeze.  This doesn't happen every time but has happened multiple times.
