NHL 15 glitchy online and offline for PS4

hello people , nhl 15 on my ps4 seems to be very glitchy online and offline. I tried contacting playstation on a live chat and they said restore licenses which did nothing to help , then they just let the chat. If anyone could help me please do , i don't have any idea of what i sould do.
