NHL 15 on PS4 DOES NOT CONNECT TO ORIGIN

After entering my Origin email and PW, it just says "Connecting" with nothing else happening. I've contacted Sony who could not help me with their suggestions except to contact the developer - EA. My game was installed via digital download and I have not played a game except the mandatory Stanley Cup match in the beginning. I paid for this game and would like this issue resolved. Any solutions?!

    So after speaking to a few EA representatives via phone chat, I got the whole thing to work. If y'all can't set up your origin account on your PS4, you need to go on a PC or Mac and download/install the Origin app and then sign in and link a PSN account. Then you'll be able to log into your Origin account via your PS4 automatically when you get on.
