NHL 15 on wii u

i have the wii and  i would totally love to play a recent hockey game on it. On top of that, i also want a recent player that i enjoy watching- #62 of the New york Rangers. i know i could just buy the game for "collections" but i enjoy playing it also.

what i don't get is why not make it come out for the wii?

if audience is the issue, i really don't think so.  I like EA Sports NHL on Facebook and when i heard the demo is coming out, i was like ooh i want to play.

i guess the only issue with the wii is that perhaps no origin?
