I tired those steps. I will list what I did to make helping me easier.
Restart system
Forward ports
DMZ
Uninstall game
Delete profile
Delete update to game
I am at a loss and now it is to late to take the game back and get a refund for it. So EA needs to fix this I do not make money to spend on broken games. You know if it was just me then I might think it was my system but many people are have this same problem so it is not me it is EA. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It may be worth contacting your ISP in this case, as suggested in the previously linked post.

I have followed all of these steps and contacted my ISP and they said everything on their end is working and I still can't access the online features of the game

Do you have an active XBL Gold subscription and your parental controls set to adult?

The same thing here. I also have PS plus and everything is set to adult on my end. Other ea games work on my system it is just this one I am having problems with. One of the main reason I bought this was to try it online.
