NHL 16 EASHL beta problem PS4

So i  do dont get the download NHL 16 EASHL beta from the game, the only thing that it says is NHL news & alerts nothing else what can I do to fix it?

It's not working for me ( news & alert stand ) it's not working from beginning I bought the game ! My friends always seen news or something for me only check back to view latest news!
I bought digital version from ps store , this is on PS4 !
I'm from Ireland , I made several accounts from Ireland to test or it will work on other profiles but no it's not working, only when I made US profile it's show on that one , but it's sho faild to downloading!
How can I fix it on my main Ireland profile? Thanks
