NHL 16 HUT

Every time I try to buy a card off the market place I get an error saying "failed to retrieve data; please try again later". This has been happening for 2 days and I've tried everything I can to fix it but nothing seems to work...

So ever since I've purchased NHL16 I've only been able to play around 2 online games. Whenever I try to find an opponent for an Online Versus, HUT online, etc. I get the "Failed to retrieve data; please try again later" message. I've erased the game, redownloaded it, done a hard reset on my console, restarted the game, reassured that my NAT Type is Open, the whole nine yards. I still get the "Failed" message time after time and cannot get into ANY online gameplay. Does anyone have a solution? It seems like it's a hit or miss considering I've met a lot of people that have zero issues regarding this on NHL 16.

Guys, can you please post the following info to see if there any similarities:

• Your country
• Your internet provider
• Your router make and model
