NHL 16 on ps4 freezing/crashing

I bought my NHL 16 through PlayStation network downloaded it and it has the most updated files. When I'm playing the be a pro mode it will randomly freeze or when my pro goes for a change it will give me control of a random computer controlled player on the ice then it crashes.

    Gm Mode freezing when changing lineup ^^^^^^. When will this be addressed please?

    For me it is GM Mode and every time I try to view Carolina Hurricanes' trading block. No fix for it, except to never buy EA again.

    same for me , when i edit line , after 5-6 season in dg mode
