Nhl 16 standard pre order packs

Hi. I got the standard pre order digital download on xbox one. Went to hut and there was only one free pack. According to the info provided I should get 10 free packs and some returning user packs. Did I miss something.

    I have the same issue.  I own NHL 15, I purchased it (CD from WalMart) last January.     I purchased the NHL 16 Deluxe digital download more than a month ago from the XBox store.

    I received 10 returning user packs (as I expected)

    I received 2 Gold packs (I assume this is the 2 pack per week for 20 weeks for Deluxe) as expected.

    But I didn't receive the 10 packs for NHL 15 owners who pre-order NHL 16 via digital download from the XBox Store. 

    Not sure what happened but I'm missing those 10 packs?   Is this something that is being fixed?

    I looked a little more. Found that I need to go to check for more rewards for returning bonus. Will try that afyer work. But don't have the 10 packs for digital download. Got 1 pack for standard pre order I assume.

    Returning user bonus packs are different than the 10 free packs we were we supposed to get if we owned NHL 15 and pre-ordered a digital download of NHL 16. We should get both.
