NHL 17 Won't load to the main menu

Then the game starts on my Xbox one, it asks me to press A to start. I do and I get a white screen with a small circle in the top right hand corner that says connecting.. and it just stays there. I ha...

    I'm having the same problem as of  5/29/2024.

    Entered account login and password

    "Connecting"

    Circle spins but nothing loads.
