NHL 18 connecting online never has everything else does
Why is NHL 18 the only game that won't connect on xbox 1?

Thanks for responding I followed so many its hard to remember xbox said it's the developer and ea had me follow many still didn't work. I'm trying installing from ea access maybe it wasn't connected to ea somehow. Fingers crossed

Community ManagerOk. We'll start over then. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Nope stil l just nhl not connecting madden and nba connect just fine but I bought the system mainly to play my best friend in hockey online while quarantining in Detroit area
