NHL 18 connecting online never has everything else does

Why is NHL 18 the only game that won't connect on xbox 1?

    Can you guys try again? It's possible this is resolved now.

Thanks for your help I'll keep trying stuff. If I could trade Madden and nba2k online working for hockey working I totally would.

We'll keep trying to get this figured out. If that doesn't work, try going to www.origin.com. Log in there and in the lower left mouse over your name. Then, choose EA Account. On the next screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page and let me know if you see a Revoke Access button next to your gamertag. If you do, hit that button and you'll be forced to verify your account again when you try playing. Once verified, it may work. Let me know what happwns.
