NHL 18 connecting online never has everything else does

Why is NHL 18 the only game that won't connect on xbox 1?

I really don't know why it's saying that as there are people connected and playing on Xbox.

    @EA_Aljo Not everyone. And its definitely down where I live. all of my other games connect, so its an 18 server issue, not the ports or mac address, etc. The only time it hasn't worked over the years is when the server is down.
