NHL 18 HUT Failed to retrieve data

same issue with Hut errors but mine just wont let me go into some of the play vs cpu games

Same for me. Played last night (3/18/2018) just fine. This morning gives me an error code a mile long (pretty sure I'm getting same error code).

I've been getting that same error message today. Played several games late last night no problem. Can't find a way to fix it

Same error, spoke to a rep and they want me to download a program on a PC I don’t have to run a trace. Told the rep I don’t have a PC, he said “Go borrow a friends”. I told the rep that all my other online games work fine but swears it’s my issue cause he says they can’t help without me getting this program to run a trace. Why should I have to have equipment that I don’t need to fix a issue they have.

Same issue, can’t play hut. Tried for 3 days now. They lost a customer.

Every time I try to load hut, this code appears failed to retrieve data and this is underneath EE7438DD91E858E5-0000000000009999-16DACA6A084CB423 I've gone thru ea support and they can't fix it this is beyond ridiculous

Have been getting error code since 5:30, it is now 9:00. Have done every form of trouble shooting still no success. They've really dropped the ball on nhl 18 this year.. Truly frustrating.

Same error here. Was in support chat for almost an hour. After walking me through setting up a new PSN ID account to get into HUT and receiving the same error, their response was, "Even they have received numerous cases like this. Please allow it sometime and seems like a server issue those issues often fix themselves pretty quickly.
