NHL 18 HUT Failed to retrieve data

I played a bunch of games to get into HUT champions. Now can't get in to play...

I'm having the same issue. Played fine last night. Error this morning. Getting shafted on packs for HUT champions 5. It will be over by the time I can log in.

Not satisfied and would like reimbursed my money. EA told me after a 40min phone call that they will not do anything for me. Basically we took your money and you get nothing in return. Then that hung up in me! Worst customer service ever. EA sold me a false stock basically

Spoke to another Rep that says it’s the PlayStation servers having issues. This company will not take responsibility for anything it does, cause it’s scared that it may have to compensate you instead of charging $30 for a limited pack with 40 pulls that makes it sound like you will get TOTY then won’t give you a player over 85ovr! Now I noticed them putting TOTY player not guaranteed! Nice CYOA!

Worst part about it is after 5 hours EA website says servers are up and running, but that is not the case. Same error messages. When will they get their * together?

This year's been the worst. Every update has encountered issues with the servers, complete sh** performance especially from a multi million dollar corporation.
