- It still won't go through for me. I'm from Canada and don't use a proxy server. My internet service provider is Bell Aliant.
- Also I'm not the only one having this issue. Some of my friends were trying to pre-order as well and it gave them the same error code.

I've had the same problem but on nhl 16 the offer appears on the main menu but it says failed to retrieve data I was wondering if there is any other way for me to get the offer through NHL 16 or if it will be fixed anytime soon - Did they ever solve this, I get the same error
