In your account settings, check when your Xbox Live Gold subscription is due to expire under the "Services and Subscriptions" tab.
If your subscription is still active, you may want to contact Microsoft to check if all is well with your account.

If EA_Barry's suggestions don't work, you may need to contact Microsoft about this. This sounds like a Microsoft entitlements issue.
