    The game was downloaded at 100%. I closed it and run NHL again, and the problem was fixed. I think that it was some kind of a glitch, because sometimes I could choose Franchise mode, but only going from square to play now. I reinstalled the game to be sure and everything works. Now it's OK. Thank you 🙂

Your game is most likely just finalising the installation in the background.

Assuming you left your console on since you posted, it should be done by the time you see this message.
