absolute garbage!! completely inferior product. if this was how i performed at work i'd already be fired. AI is non-existent. Passing is absolutely horrendous. Defensemana keep !@$#$^&*^%...I could go on and on but what is most important is to say that if you product is inferior, lower your price point. to charge top dollar for a game of this "quality" is an absolute travesty. People work way too hard for their money to have it stolen on a piece of garbage like this. I would like a refund if that is possible.

Community ManagerWe always appreciate the feedback. Whether it's good or bad, but we can't really do anything with blanket statements that something is bad. Can you get me some examples or some video? Otherwise, what you're saying is nothing we can actually take action on.
What issues are you having with passing? Are they not going where you're aiming? What is your online pass assist set to? Also, video of the passes not going where you're aiming would greatly help. Just go in to a replay and remove the playback controls with Y or Triangle. That will show your controller inputs so we can see where you aim as opposed to where the pass goes.
There have been many occasions where i find myself trying to pass to a player standing free but for some reason the puck goes to a closer player which is worst placed and will end up losing the puck. In pure frustration i go to reply to see if its was me misplacing my pass and most of the times i can’t be placed better than i was. this is really frustrating when the AI is so stupid so you don’t get so many chances in a game when the players are just all over the place. Do you need video evidence or can you take a customer's word for it. These problemes that i brought up earlier is really frustrating due to the price i pay for the next year it will be probably my tenth year buying the new nhl game (60 bucks each time) im sorry but for that price that is the same as gta or forza horizon i expect more.

When the puck goes to a player closer to you instead, that probably means your online pass assist is set to 100%. Turn that down and you'll see your passes go where you aim them. I wouldn't recommend you turn it to 0 as that will mean there is no assist and passes will most definitely go where you aim. It's worth trying though as it shows you just how difficult it can be to aim. I keep mine at 95% and the vast majority of my passes are hitting their intended target. Occasionally my aim is off though or I have a last second twitch that causes me to aim where I don't want to.
Yes. We really need video evidence. I'm not trying to sound harsh about that, but when we test it ourselves, passes are going where we aim them. I play this game a ton. Probably way more than I should and there are times I go into replays just to see if there was anything weird happening. Every single time I see the pass is going where I aim. This is why video is crucial. If you can get me some, I'll gladly review it.
