NHL 20 Hybrid Control

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test controls
What happens when the bug occurs? It pulls the lines for the team instead of slap/wrist shot
What do you expect to see? Slap shot and wrist shot not coaching menus
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here All game modes
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00 AM
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Enlarged Woody

Please fix this bug with the controls i just want to be able to play

    @iamtommoore 

    That can be done in the settings. Go to Settings > Game Settings and you'll see the option for setting line changes to manual, off or auto.

    @pacman421 I’m also having this problem. As soon as I play in any mode with hybrid controls it doesn’t let me do a slap shot or a wrist shot. Instead brings up the coaching menu and I can’t play the game at all.

    Ea please help, just want to play the game.

    I know this bug is so annoying, I don't want to switch controls, but I find it hard to play, Im just going to play NHL 19 until EA can mybe even look into this bug.

    @sweeppy04 

    You make line changes with Hybrid controls by holding in LT/L2 and then hit B/X or Circle/Square. Are you sure there's not an issue with your LT/L2 button causing it to be activating somehow? Otherwise, when it's not activated, those buttons are for slap shots and wrist shots.

    @EA_Aljo Thanks for that I am used to the controls I use on FIFA where RT is sprint. Sorry for the trouble.
