Let us skip the end of period replays and the end of game replays. Whoever decided that those should be mandatory to watch should be fired.

You just need to be more disciplined with pokes if you're taking a lot of penalties, manage the gap better from the front. You can also try using the DSS. It's a lot more forgiving. When poking from the side, make sure you have a clear path to the puck. Of course don't poke from behind. That's almost always going to be a penalty. Poking takes a lot more skill than it did in previous years. You can't just spam and get away with it now.
As far as stick lift spam goes, it's pretty easy to take a penalty if you're spamming it. Can you get me video of someone doing that and not taking a penalty? We'll need to look into that. Thanks!
