Is anyone able to produce a recording of this happening to help aide the team for a fix. The more information we have the better outcomes it can lead to as reproducing these issues can be quick. The fix on the other hand can be the result of many factors, both business related and technical.     Are you able to get around that in any way like simulating to the next big event? Curious if you're able to get around it for that one freeze to see if it continues to freeze when the next simulation comes up.

    Iv tried everything it just freezes to what ever spot im going too...trust ive done it
