Is anyone able to produce a recording of this happening to help aide the team for a fix. The more information we have the better outcomes it can lead to as reproducing these issues can be quick. The fix on the other hand can be the result of many factors, both business related and technical. The Community team is here to help champion your requests and if there is any help you can provide on our end it can help give us more buying power in vocalizing your concerns.
Community ManagerI'm not sure if your still following this but I have been able to replicate the glitch.
This glitch just happened to me also but I was able to note something important and I had a backup 4 years in game prior to test this.
It seems to happen when your in late game and your overall is 99 and you are playing the late game to keep your stats up and etc...
At some point you may buy a whole bunch of temporary salary perks, I tried this with a backup and confirmed that this is what causes the next conversation to glitch and softlock the game, i haven't found a way around it.
If EA isn't watching this I hope at least I can provide the reason this glitch happens to players.
I have problem too....
Now I buy almost all thinks in shop and now I have same problem... Game frezes in conversation...
There won't be a fix I'm told. You have to load a backup and avoid buying all those perks.
