We'll need to get this logged down first. I am not sure how reproducible this is. If others can confirm positions and when they exactly experience this and the level of their player we can get an idea where in the timeline it happens. These games are saved locally and there is unfortunately no method through our tools to correct this outside of a patch/update, therefore all we can do on our end in the community is gather the info for the team to bug it.

Where in game does it freeze? - I’m in BAP. Season 8. I just entered the post season. I have to sim to the next game (game 1). It then goes to a conversation with the agent. It doesn’t show any selections and you can’t exit or do anything. Have to turn it off. I have tried everything from resetting the system to deleting the game and reinstalling it. I would hate to lose all the game play I e accumulated. Please offer some assistance. Thanks.
