Nhl 21 connection issues

I was on playing on 40ms with good connection 2 weeks ago. Now I’m having to play on a solid 75-78ms connection for some reason in EASHL. Can someone help?

I play on LAN and when I test it is roughly the same. The PSN test is 4.0 mbps upload and 150 download.
