I as well have been affected by this and it's lasted all of 4 days since I've purchased the game. As other have mentioned clarity into what the issue is and a time frame on which it will be resolved has been severely lacking. Escalating the issue passed yourself is necessary because this is does have the potential to become a legal issue. You have my money, I want the product it was described as. If you can't, won't, or intend to take your sweet time without any official statement by the company declaring this will be fixed then you're obligated to return my money as the product was not fully delivered. The refund policy through Playstation is in effect for another 10 days, which I will use seeing as how "looking into it" gives me no assurance it will ever be fixed nor that I will be compensated for my time and inconvenience. This is in no way due to any fault of my own, and I should not have beg the people I paid for the product to be delivered as described. If this is above your pay grade, then please bring the royal highness off their throne down here so I can yell at them as this is not a personal issue with you.
I was already on the fence about purchasing this as it's nothing but a glorified roster update every year, however, I gave it the chance. Tell your boss to tell his boss you most likely already lost a sale next year due to their lack of concern about customers regardless of the outcome in this instance. There's a reason EA has a terrible reputation for customer service, and the only place you guys don't seem to disappoint is in your ability to fail the expectations of the consumer base.
