It would have be a class action suit seeking damages and compensation.
It's troubling that the "Community Manager" hasn't chimed back in and don't think someone isn't reading these posts that works for them. This is customer relations at its worst and someone would be losing their job after this debacle if it were my company. They seem to want to lay this at Playstation's door, but they are the ones that validate the keys given to Playstation to sell. It should be as simple as emailing a receipt of my purchase and handing me the packs. As I said before, these aren't goods that need to be made or taken out of existing stock. They are literally made out of thin air and with the click of a mouse. If there is an issue with buying coins and you don't receive them, do they just tell you to wait and see if it's fixed? This is the same as going to customer service at Walmart and the rep walking away mid conversation and never coming back.
I will not buy any more EA games after this. Period. I've already stopped purchasing Madden. Every game this company releases is plagued with bugs, glitches, and downright incompetent customer service. If the NHL and NFL would remove exclusivity with these idiots it would be great and I'd buy a NHL2k22 immediately were it made, but alas the almighty dollar speaks loudest. You know it's bad when somethings on sale for half off and you're still getting ripped off buying it.
