    Hello everyone,

    I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. We are still working to resolve it as soon as possible. When we have an update, we'll post it here. 

    Edit: 2/25 - There should be a grant going out today to those affected. When we have more details, we'll post an update.

I am also missing these packs but on deluxe version ps4. EA help support tells me to go to Playstation support for help, and Playstation support sends me back to EA help. I am stuck in an endless cycle of support chats and have not received any content.
