NHL 21 No line changes on Be A Pro 1st line

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing on the first line in Be a Pro you will not get line changes and you will play the full 60 minutes
What happens when the bug occurs? You will not get a line change and you will play the full 60 minutes without change
What do you expect to see? Add line changes while on the first line because all other lines are fine
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Be a Pro
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Since October 13th 12:00am
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)

    Be A Pro

    • Suspected Fix for an issue where the users BAP player's stamina would not decrease when on the ice.
    • Added in Neutral States to certain promises. For example, the user promises to be the 1 star of the game, the user will now receive lesser punishment for still performing well but not reaching the goal. Previously you would fail and get the full punishment.
    • Added in a Trade Request Conversation that can be accessed in the Main Hub in the user initiated conversation tab.
    • Added in new conversations to renew a re-occurring salary perk when it expires.
    • Added the ability to edit shot style and skating style post BAP creation.
    • Updated the user experience of the training screen.
    • Various miscellaneous fixes to conversations.

    Be a pro:

    My pro has a full energy bar 24/7 and my coach doesn't call me in for a line change, I end up playing 55 minutes a game and get like 8 points a game since I always have full energy. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

    same for me i put my game on hold im waiting for an update and we EA NHL are not the best in the industry to update there game lol

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any offline game mode
    What happens when the bug occurs? Can't change lines and the stamina doesn't change during gameplay on any offline game mode i've tried to play.
    What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to change the lines normally and for the stamina to be effected during gameplay (Play Now, Be A Pro, Franchise Mode, etc.)

    Can't change lines and the stamina doesn't change during gameplay on any offline game mode i've tried to play (Play Now, Be A Pro, Franchise Mode, etc.) since I downloaded the game.

    When playing be a pro or franchise mode I cannot change lines. It’s nowhere in settings to change either. I’ve been playing NHL since 2009 and this is just ridiculous. Never had this issue and the game is unplayable at the moment like this

    I have the same problem but it happened to me right in the beginning of the CHL playoffs
