It's possible, but they should have been received by now. You're welcome to wait or contact the retailer the game was purchased from for assistance.
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo We have done this and they say come to you why can’t u good just fix this and give us literally three packs, which are synergy choice pack, cover athlete of pack, and diamond choice pack, and now your game is down and nothing never loads like cmon it’s annoying for some players that don’t get anything and they paid extra for
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo Like you see are accounts connected to are psn why can’t you just go into are hut and fix it. There are definitely going to be huge problems going through the whole year and it’s disappointing for people that pay extra for stuff that is awesome and you guys make more and scam us basically for not helping.

I got the same problem like i got the great eight edition (130$😳😳😳) and i didn’t receive my pack like geez ea just do something we buy your game every year!!!

I’m also still missing all my pre order packs. I reached out to EA all they’ve told me is make sure I reddened the codes 😒 and to exit the game and go back in. Which I have. Still no packs

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Load in to NHL 21 and see if the packs are there. If they aren't, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from for assistance.

🤦🏻♂️ The retailer has nothing to do with this issues. Clearly if multiple people, from multiple retailers have had the same issue. This is no help!
