@Lilj101 Please hang in there. They area aware of some players not receiving the Cover Athlete pack and Synergy Veteran pack. I know it's tough to wait it out while others have their content, we're grateful for your patience while the team is looking to address this for impacted and any players going forward that plan to redeem content heading into the holiday season.

Any update on this yet? I haven’t heard back from my ticket or from live chat.
