When is the next roster update for NHL 21? The OCT 6th one needs to be updated soon because the rookies aren’t drafted yet so next years rookies are rookies from this draft.
I dont know why we try to politly make him understand what the deal for us. He dosent want to understand what we are saying. This forum is exclty how EA treat its player who want to play the part of their game that dosent require us the more than we already pay. They dosent even care period.

One glitch I've noticed with NHL 21 is when you edit the attributes for defenceman. The players overall won't reflect the changes you make.
It seems as the individual attributes stay as you changed them, but the the players overall on the rosters screens with not be accurate with the changes made.
This is a small thing I've noticed that would love to get fixed with a patch soon hopefully.
Also when you play with created teams the match up screen is flawed.
Roster update was great but still can't really play a good franchise mode. Anyone having a strong experience with drafting or your defenders showing accurate chemistry?
BAP & Franchise Issue:
I manually set up my roster (Created Cole Caufield 77ovr, Alexander Romanov 75ovr and myself James Perron 79ovr) after October 15th rosters update and moved them to Laval Rockets (Even moved Alexis Lafrenière from Rimouski to NYR) BUT when I'm starting a new franchise the roster won't update as if I still have Max Domi with the Montreal Canadiens and Caufield don't even show up no where (Drafted by Habs 0,925M 3 years contract) and my created player (18yo playing in the LHJMQ is not draftable even not there like Caufield and Romanov. It's getting ridiculous to have this kind of bugs when in the past it was easy to create a player and just add it to a team roster and be able to play with him in franchise mode.
Franchise mode is flat out not playable at this point. Just because the mode loads and can sim does not deem it playable. So far here's everything broken I have found.
- Auto scouting doesn't work
- Manual scouting can't scout goalies
- Defensemen don't show line chemistry for defensive lines (Shows how they fit as forwards)
- Trades are offered in deadline mode that can't go through because of cap issues/incorrect values
- Line chemistry displays differently in preview of how the player fits to what it shows when the player is fully assigned to the line
- If you fire the head coach and hire a new coach any players line fits show for the old coach. (Example with the leaf's I fired the coach pretend his name was "Joe Blow" I then hired a coach can say his name was "Bob Doug" I then sim a week or so and then go to free agency to look at players and it still showed how the players fit for Joe Blow and not my new coach. I go to the trade screen and same thing it says how they fit for my the fired coach.
So to sum that up. You can't accurately scout making drafting far more challenging. You can't tell how well your current players fit on each line. You can't scout a free agent or a trade target accurately to know how they will fit because its for the wrong coach!
SO you can't accurately draft, sign, or trade players!!!!!!
I am now back playing NHL 20 with manually edited rosters because NHL 21 is so insanely glitched out. Argue I'm over reacting all you want but doesn't change the fact this game was not at all ready to be released. BAP has its own pile of glitches I won't both getting into either.
FIX. YOUR. GAME.
I know this was an old comment, but is this because the NHLPA? I know NCAA athletes can't be added to the game until they sign a pro contract (USHL, too?), but this is certainly not the case for players in Juniors.
Have always wondered about this...
What I'm saying is the Franchise roster not even updated on EA's official October 15th roster update it still on October 6th roster update because Max Domi still with the Habs and he's been traded that same day so even if I merge the Oct. 15th EA roster to my Oct. 20th created roster it ain't do **** in BAP or Franchise it won't upload the newest roster update but the oldest wich is from Oct. 6th. I lost so many hours trying to figure out how I could get that done but the more I try the more frustrating it gets! They even update the game like 1h ago with the 1.10 patch but NOTHING related to rosters updates, not cool EA 👎
