NHL 21 servers are CRAP

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I am playing HUT (with almost perfect ping) I get kicked out of HUT and get a notification blaming it on my wifi even though this is not the case. When are we going to get some decent servers
What happens when the bug occurs? Out of nowhere I get kicked out of whatever i'm doing in HUT and sent back to the select game modes menu right after you "press A to start".
What do you expect to see? I expect to not get kicked out of online modes for no reason when I have almost perfect ping
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) No specific time but usually happens at least once a day
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30

    @candystore160 

    I've had some bad experiences before where you're in a great game only to get kicked out. The worst when you're winning too. 

    Question for you, @candystore160. If this is happening once a day, what steps have you at least tried so far to fix this?

    If you're getting kicked daily, this is something we can absolutely fix if you're down for some troubleshooting. Just let us know and we'll get this behind us. As for feedback on new servers, we'll always let the team know there is a demand for servers in a certain region and they'll add them when it makes sense both for the community and as a business. 

    One question I want to ask you in advance is whether you have access to logging into the router in the event we need to make some slight network adjustments.
