Hello, @TheBrickMan27
Let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Do you happen to have another gamertag you can try? I'd be curious to see if that works or not.

Sorry, just 1 tag for xbox itself and 1 for EA.

Can you create one to test this with?

Just to be complete, the google ones that I always use failed.
I explicitly set it to the open DNS ones you suggested - 208.67.222.222 w/ Secondary DNS as 208.67.220.220
Still same fail.

BTW - Barry & Aljo just wanted to say thanks for the support you are providing here, but it looking more and more like NHL 22 will just not work on my xBox. Disappointing that my EA/NHL string of purchases is going to come to an end.

We hate to see that happen. It's a weird one for sure and I don't want to give up just yet. Let me know if the hotspot works. I just want you to do that as a test. Also, try deleting your personal saved data for NHL 22. Highlight the NHL tile and hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button. Then, go to Manage gam and add ons > Saved data. Next, delete the file with your gamertag on it. Hard restart your console and try loading NHL 22 again.
