NHL 22 X-Factor Edition does not work on PS5
Hi, I bought NHL 22 X-Factor Edition few months ago. First two month I played that on my PS4 console. Last week I got PS5 console and when I installed the game, there is only PS4 version available....

And PS4 version is now in my PS5 console. Do I have to remove it before I do those actions ?
@Sohard4me When you’re looking at your game library, it doesn’t show up under purchases?
No I only see my PS4 version.
- @Sohard4me Can you try using the PS app? There must be some disconnect between your console libraries not accurately displaying both versions.
