NHL 22 X-Factor Edition does not work on PS5
Hi, I bought NHL 22 X-Factor Edition few months ago. First two month I played that on my PS4 console. Last week I got PS5 console and when I installed the game, there is only PS4 version available....

Were you able to figure out what the issue was? I seem to be having the exact same problem.
I’m wondering the same thing. I have the exact issue.
The same on my side. I am trying to solve this for three days calling to UK (EA support) and US (PSN Support). Finally I got answer to contact Slovakia PS Support which is only through email. They send me a message stating: I have to buy a PS5 version because I bought only PS4 version although in the library it shows that I have X-Factor edition for both PS4 and PS5 unfortunately I can download only PS4 version. What a mess! Cmon do something...or I will call you every day to check until the supervisor finally see this problem with PS Store...
