Nhl 23 free agency issues

So I am no longer getting notifications about players I have made offers to. There is nothing aboit wether they have accepted them. I have to go thru my roster to know if they signed.

Next I go back to see who is left in yhe approach pull down and I am finding players I have not made offers too in my list as pending...
