@SirKnightDragoonHit the nail on the head with this one. Still wonder if theyre going off 2009 numbers lol. The amount of house hold computers has tripled since then. Really they have no numbers to back up their claims. Again these devs are making whataboutism statements and ignoring the facts while trying to inject 13 year old stats. Its to the point that they want us to give up because EA doesnt actually care about its customer.
@Sun_OpN It doesn't come to PC because they simply aren't given the budget from the higher ups. They don't have faith that enough sales will counter it and also without crossplay it would hinder things a bit more too.
But most of all they fear how good people are with modding on PC. They could put some cheat detect in but people always find ways around it.

@KlariskraysNHLThese games are copy past. The company makes a massive profit on these games while leaving things in the game from 4-5 years ago like Madden 2022 stands still saying Madden 2018.... They could easily budget for it, they simply choose not to while actually crippling the popularity of said sport itself. Mods and hackers arent mutually exclusive, let alone not everyone plays online, and I have bad news for you if you think people dont cheat on gaming consoles. If anything the pc mod community would fixes many of the issues that plagues the game and has been complained about multiple times in thes forums
Edit: this arguement of PC hacking magic doesnt exist for Madden or fifa? You know both exist in PC ports right?

This is a good example of what I've been saying. Soccer and American Football have a significantly higher audience than hockey. If hockey was as popular as those sports, most likely there would be a PC version.
We don't have any news on future games yet. When we do, an announcement will be made on our official channels.
- @EA_Aljo And you dont believe the video games have anything to do with the popularity? Alienating an entire community will make less fans of said sports. Football and soccer will continue to grow because kids will play the video games for hours learn the sport/players and will typically translate that to the real world sport. Hockey and EA has decided to go the way of MLB, another dying sport when compared to either of the big 3 (football, basketball, soccer)
