NHL 25 controller vibration not working (Xbox Series S)

The controller vibration on NHL 25 (Xbox Series S) does not work. I’ve tried toggling the vibration on and off in the game and in my console settings, putting in new batteries, restarting the console...

they are aware. seee how far it goes. goalie sucks with no vibration.

@Efish58 Same here.. I didn’t pay 100 bucks for no vibration. Want a refund if this isn’t fixed ASAP, EA.
