NHL 25 Serious concerns

When is NHL going to be fixed? or is the game truly supposed to be this bad and EA just simply doesn’t care? If that’s the case I want my refund.

Hey Barry! It’s been 2 months and there hasn’t been a response. What are you guys doing. This customer service/moderation staff or whatever it even is at EA is garbage. You should seriously consider what damage you are doing to your career working for this company. You people are sick. Since I haven’t had any type of answer. I’m going to request a refund, as I have been for 4 months across all platforms. When you ignore me again I’m suing you for every SCAM NHL game I’ve bought this century.
